Can you strengthen the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) profile for the leading meal box provider in Scandinavia? LMK Group AB is looking for a Nordic Commercial Project and ESG Manager that can combine ESG and economic growth.

Now we want to further strengthen our focus on ESG and business development. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced project manager for the position Nordic Commercial Project and ESG Manager.

You get a key role as Nordic Commercial Project and ESG Manager 

You, together with the management, will plan ESG projects and ensure that they are successfully completed. At the same time, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that we live up to LMK Group AB's sustainability peport, which you can read here. You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. 

  • You present potential ESG initiatives – taking the LMK Group commercial goals into account.
  • You make sure that all data is collected so that we have evidence of what we achieve and what works. 
  • You drive and follow up on projects and ensure that everyone meets deadlines and delivers what has been agreed so that we reach our goals.  

As Nordic Commercial Project and ESG Manager, you get a versatile workday, where you plan many of your activities yourself. You arrange and hold meetings with internal and external partners. In addition, you hold meetings with the Nordic Management Team, where you will present proposals, agree on strategies and targets and report on the ESG results.   

Finally, you are part of the commercial management team. LMK Group AB has offices in Helsingør, Oslo, and Stockholm. You decide which office should be your workplace for everyday use. You should expect 1-4 travel days a month for meetings with colleagues at our offices in the Nordic region.  

We are looking for a person who can recognize themselves in this:  

  • You have several years of experience in project management. Perhaps you have been a project manager in a consulting house, where you were at the forefront of developing, leading and reporting on projects. 
  • You have a passion for ESG - and perhaps also experience as an ESG project manager.
  • It is natural for you to think commercially, and you have a good understanding of business.  
  • You have a strong drive and work energetically for us to reach our goals.
  • You are a strong communicator who speaks and writes Danish, Swedish or Norwegian as well as English fluently. 
  • You are a super user of Office 365. 
  • You have a higher education that has taught you to work systematically and structured with complex issues.
